  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour for standard processing
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a 50% cancellation fee
  • Same-day cancellations are subject to full charges
  • No-shows without prior notice are charged the full booking amount

  • Sandstorms, heavy rain, or extreme temperatures may affect tour operations
  • We monitor weather conditions continuously and notify guests promptly

  • Receive a full refund processed within 7-14 working days
  • Transfer your booking to another family member or friend

Force Majeure Events
